I'm a product designer working where brand meets product. Not just screens, not isolated deliverables. I design the identity that earns trust and the product experience that converts it, then build it in code, so nothing gets lost in handoff.
Most people think a designer makes things look good. That's the last 10% of the job.
I work at the intersection of two disciplines: brand design answers "Why should I trust you?" and product design answers "Why should I use or buy from you?"
When both are designed together, the brand builds the trust and the product converts it.
In premium markets, customers don't buy features. They buy credibility, and credibility is designed.
Sequence, timing and information architecture: the journey a user takes through a product matters as much as how it looks. That's the product designer's job.
